One would hope that information was digestible and indeed helpful for the nourishing of us as humans.

The felt and sensitive nature of our self-image is a result of the media, our family's insight and our friends who bluntly speak of the 'truth'. Your self-image is build up as a child or de-fuse as an adult. We all hold scars, but with understanding of ourselves and self -criticism we gradually fall for the maxims of old; vanity, delusion, illusion, and self- aggrandisement. Much is besides our views of ourselves for the view to put across to others.

We are criticisms, we are hurtful, we are deluded, but sometimes we try to help others but realise that there is no listening, there is no help that you can give to yourself or the person who listens to you. Self-development stops with some and continues with others to the new level. What we are is a brain, with the fears and concerns of a human, unlearning, unlistening and indeed unwelcoming to who we talk to.

The basis of understanding is communication. The need to feel comfortable and secure with the human condition. Best of luck, the self-esteem needs to grow when others do not listen etc.
