J. Crosswell is humourous and his photos are beset
by the realities that hold the destitute to ransom.
The inbuilt personal feelings of tramps who pride
themselves in standing up for what they believe
in.
The 'Charlie Chaplin' theme has a
directness and
amusing communicative value to us; the viewers.
The figure is truelly sodden and dripping in, what
was, awful weather, of a different kind to the snow
outside our Art Exhibition at the Quality Hotel.
